Change Management Process

The requestor is required to fill out the system change request, below.

Servicad will review the request and provide a recommended plan for implementation, testing and provide any changes in billing.

The Client will review the plan and provide Servicad with approval to implement the requested change.

Servicad will implement all changes within 10 business days, perform a full system review after implementation, and update all materials in our knowledge base. The Client may be required to provide training and other materials for this purpose.
